Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are outlined on our website and are subject to change. Payment is required before verification services are initiated.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to your registered email after receipt of payment. Payment confirmation will be available into invoices section after accessing your account.
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in OMR & SAR will be accepted for payment.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

Refund Policy

Refund policies are clearly stated on our website prior to payment step. Generally, fees are non-refundable once the verification process has begun.
Customer can cancel the requested service within 1 hour from payment completion.
If you requested a cancellation before the verification process starts, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially.
Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Confidentiality

We treat all information collected during the verification process with strict confidentiality. However, we may disclose information as required by law.

Limitation of Liability
